In many parts of the country, the past few days have been extremely cold.  Could you imagine walking to class?  I bet some of you have done it.  On Friday, Christine wrote about Jan Term, a common academic program at schools like Salem College, the University of Virginia, and Oberlin College.

This week, we’ve been eating a lot.  We have to stay warm somehow!  Angie described Philadelphia’s fabulous cuisine, Isabel visited an Asian tapas place on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, and Nehla went meatless at Woodlands in Fairfax, VA.  We’ve also been watching a lot of movies from the comfort of toasty room; Ana advises against Bride Wars, and Adam recapped some of the best and worst moments from the Golden Globes.

Are you unsure of how to wish some a happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 19th) or a happy Inauguration Day?  Lucky for you, we have an article about appropriate and fun eCards.  Send an eCard to all of your friends and let them know how much you enjoy Too Shy to Stop.

Sincerely,
