Brian just read Stuff White People Like and thinks it's a bit eerie that it knows him better than he knows himself. He was born and raised in Iowa, graduated from the University of Iowa with a journalism degree in 2006 and spent the last two years circling the globe and hiking across America, hoping it would uncover some important truths about himself and what he wants. It only left him more confused, broke and concerned that his ideals and ambitions don't click with the real world, meaning one of us has to give a little for this relationship to work. However, life sure has been an awesome ride thus far. He wants to write, travel, teach, make art, help the homeless and never have a job that requires him to be clean-shaven.
